Spencer County Fair King. What can I say, I am a 4-H girl. We have a line of dogs that are named after counties in Indiana. Spencer would be crowned 4- H King if there was a contest. He lives in Boone County with a local teacher and family and is their beloved boy.  Spencer is a 30 lb heartthrob and King of our hearts.
